Did some heavy squatting today, my knee is sore as hell but gotta work through it. Legs are gonna be sore after today.

Not only are your legs going to be sore, but that knee will make you pay later. If it hurts, you should back off. Squats put a horrible strain on the knees, as well as quad exercises. Pain in the knee isnt something you work through, its something you monitor and eventually go to the docter for.

Thanx for the advice, how do I know if the pain is too much? Just as much as I can take or when it starts to hamper my progress?
