Just weighed myself and I am in the 220’s, barely, for the 1st time in 4 years. But I ate a big meal so that pry didnt help

Did some of back work today- Deadlift-5×5, Chin-ups- 3×10, T-bar rows-3×10, Bent over rows-3×10, Weighted crunches 6×20 and some cardio
Did some heavy squatting today, my knee is sore as hell but gotta work through it. Legs are gonna be sore after today.
