I was just sitting here at work with a headache and looking forward to going to the gym afterwards. I had a thought, working out when I am like this makes me feel sooo much better. Not when I am sick, my strength is just gone when sick. But when I feel sluggish or down, unmotivated the best thing is to get your butt up and just do it!!
What are you thoughts on doing this…I can even say that just after one hour I want to continue with more!!
Any thoughts or stories about working out when you just don’t want to!!!!!!!????

I have always been athletic and active. One thing I always get messed up on is food. I get my daily needs and I keep junk to a very low minimum. I recently made a major move and hired a trainer to help me transform my body, I turn 40 this year and wanted to step it up. Apparently the current healthy diet I am on isn’t working because I am building muscle but the weight isn’t coming off like I thought it would. I am busting my butt but still no weight off. Its been 2 months with the trainer and in the beginning I saw weight loss but just the last 2 weeks I seem bloated and pants don’t fit, tight not loose. I need help..I did notice I am hungrier and started snacking on more fruits and veggies. Can anyone recommend something, I hate to take pills or supplements. I want a regular way to eat that I can benefit from. I was only looking to drop 10lbs of fat and gain muscle. But why do I seem bloated and swollen???? I workout 5 times a week 3 weight days and 3 cardio days….where one day is a mix of both.
HELP!!!!!
