Workout and grand daughters update

Since my grand daughters were born on Jan 1st, working out has been a major challenge! Takes me back in time to when my kids were little … I think that’s when I gave up on working out before. My own fault .. I’m kind of an all or nothing type of person. So, I’ve decided I’m going to do what I can when I can this time and hopefully it will turn into a full routine again. I’m going to set small goals at first and keep adding to them … which will probably drive me crazy! LOL Just want to thank all of you who have given me continued support through these past few months. My new goal is to do the treadmill 6 days a week and 200 crunches every other day to get rid of the extra weight I’ve put on around my mid section. I did do weights and met my goal today
Here is an updated photo of Lindsey and Lauren getting ready to go out in their first snow! The other is of Melissa and Lauren. We haven’t been able to catch Lindsey in the right mood and naked to get her pic yet!! LOL
