Birthday Cake :P

We celebrated my daughter-in-laws birthday this weekend and I ate enough birthday cake for like 6 people..you would think I’d never had cake before!!  Not good for my Ab Quest!!  On the upside, I did workout extra hard :)   Still keeping up with the ab exercises regularly!  I hate that guilty feeling you get when you enjoy some birthday cake though!  I have all the time in the world … one day of cake shouldn’t make me feel sooooo guilty in the big scheme of things!  I feel better now… thanks for listening :)

I had a great time in Vegas… lots of good food and margaritas!  So, I didn’t work out at all while I was there and am paying for it now!!  Back to work on the abs….

DB Sidebends  3×15 (20lbs)
Extensions  3×15
I tried Elijah’s exercise ball v ups and leglifts … only did 10 of each … they are harder than they look!  Thanks, Elijah!!

machine curl 1×12(30lbs) 1×7(30lbs) 1×30(20lbs)  I can’t seem to get these for some reason

60 min treadmill
15 min dance

Abs are feeling a lot stronger now.  Still not doing great with the diet though so it seems as if I’m just maintaining.  Hopefully, once I get the diet under better control, I will see more results.  In the meantime, this is the longest I’ve kept up with ab exercises! Yea me!!!  lol

So far my diet has been about half clean.  Gonna start sticking to a clean diet again today so I can see some results from all this exercise.  We have a lot of family visiting this summer which makes it hard but I know I can stick with it!
