At the gym today rocking out some heavy deads and this guy comes over and sits on some gay ass shoulder press machine that should do nothing but be used as a coat rack. And he says to me "trying to wake the dead?" I laughed and said "if there listening bring em on." Start hitting up another set and now this dumb ass is plugging his ears behind me and I can see him in the mirror. Of course I am used to blocking out other things in the gym so except for the initial distraction I didnt care. After that set he says ‘ how many more you got,? I need that bar to balance on" I said "3 more sets sorry about your luck." What the hell is he talking about nowhahah balance on a barbell what the hell does this guy smoke at night? On t set number 4 finish off another hard 5 reps and he asks" are you training for foot ball?" Flattered I said "no" really im thinking what are you an idiot i am 29 years old you think I am in high school you friggin retard. And then he says " You know when you do those you arent supposed to let the weight hit the ground." Now I am a nice tolerable Canadian boy but by this point my test levels are soaring and I am trying to concentrate on the task at hand so I said "listen bud you do what you gotta do on machines and I will do **** the right way with the free weights." He walked away after his next gay set.

Point of this ramble is if you dont know f^&k all about something keep your mouth shut. I dont go to the gym like alot people and talk about hockey or **** that happend at work I got to get my job done and get out. If you are huge and I see you using good form and being a hardcore lifter I will soak up all the info you give me other wise keep eating your post work out McDonalds and leave me the F$%k alone!

I had the same thing happen with squats some idioot lightbulb (big upper boddy and tooth pick legs) says that I am going to heavy with my squats and I am going to hurt my back. He says it safer on the "squat machine" while pointing at the smith machine. I just shook my head and said thanks. Seriously go do your 90 pound smith squats and shut up! You obiously know nothing about leg training as my fore arms are bigger then your calves.

And my last experience is with a dude that I sort of respected untill he said "Instead of keeping your elbows at your sides when you do those heavy ass curls you should use a lighter weight and swing the weight upwards so it touches your shoulders. I once again said "thanks I will try that next week."

F^&K OFF idiots keep you bad training tips and your lack of knowledge and form for you and your chriopracter I dont need your $h!t. I listen to power lifters and BB who compete not ding bats who train there arms for an hour and a half and think they are awesome. Wow that all sounds pretty bad and it is, giving bad training tips is like getting bad stock tips it might not hurt you now but it certainly will screw up your future goals.

Just talking with my neighbour about working out. He was talking about the supps he is taking and I gave him my 2 cents on supps. He has only been working out for 2 months and is already taking a T booster. He kept bringing up steroids and how these giants at his work have been doing them, one guy he said gained 35 lbs in 1 month.

Now I am a hard gainer so I won’t lie and say the thought never crossed my mind to take some magic juice and speed up my gains huge. Luckily for me I have a strong will and have decided many years ago that I am happy making slow progressive gains. I get a huge thrill at the end of the month when I step on the scale and see that I have packe on anothe 5 or more punds and my waist line hasnt moved to much, or when I measure and see a half inch here and ahalf inch there. I get super stoked on that because I know I busted my ass for it.

I realize the frustration that you can have and understand why someone would want to buy some test and jab there ass to make themselves grow. But to me if you just started working out this year and you are jumping on the roid train already you didnt earn jack. Yea sure you hit the weights and ate alot but 90% of those gains you didnt actually "earn". I can understand using if you have trained for 5 or more years and really want to jump a certain plateau because you have strength and have learned enough hopefully in your training that this sh!t aint for the week hearted.

I am trying not to sound like a d!ck or a preacher here but fact of the matter is roids is cheating unless you are stuck. And trust me being 6′4 and 160 lbs wet with workboots on I know the frustration. I have been working out on and off for maybe 10 years. I would take it serious for a few months and take a break for 7 months then repeat. In those slacker years as I refer to them I gained maybe 20 lbs. Once I started noticing the diffrence made with proper supps and diet I have widdled my way up to 225 and I have no intention of taking any helpers. I know I can keep going untill my genetics say no more and when that day comes maybe then I will contemplate if it makes sense with my goals.

To end this off I will say, don’t do it unless you earned it. They are a right and not a recreational hobby. This is a lifestyle and you have to feel pain to earn what you are after. The house you build in a year will be nothing compared to the building I construct over a life time. Drywall to cinderblocks.

I am almost out of my Monohydrate and am looking for another creatine to take. Any one have any suggestions? I have used Muscletech before and will never use it again …. taste like ass and I didnt notice any better gains then when I use straight creatine. Thuought about hitting up some Gaspari but I dont want to waste that much money on something thats hardly better then straight creatine or risk it tasting like donkey ass like Muscletech. I have also been thinking Con-Crete because I heard much more of it gets in instead of being pissed away. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I was so stoked I was smiling like a kid on Xmas walking away form the scale. It might also have to do with the fact I have added some more carbs to my diet and I havent weighed my self since october 2nd. But still boo ya good job Peddle! I iwll continue to track my morning weight as that is how I have tracked it all along and they say to always do it at the same time.

Well after trying muscle-tec and various other creatine products I have decided to try what the power lifters at my gym have been urging me to try all along…… Creatine monohydrate. And what do you know the strongest guys in the gym where right. With the other products I didnt feel the strength surge ( not that its a huge one to begin with) or see much in the way of results. I actualy gained more when I was off those expensive ass, hyped up products.

Another bonus about mixing thes my self I control the dosage and dont have to worry about drinking some insulin infested concoction that taste like I killed the Kool Aid man and drank his blood. I just chuck it in my protein shake pre workout and in my gatorade after my workout after I down my double protein post-shake. I am weighing in at 210 currently, I know I havent up dated my profile for a while but I am getting married in two months and between work, gym, school, eating and preparing to eat I barely have enough time to scratch my ass. Ok I am not that busy but I will post my results of this creatine compared to the muscle-tec in strength gains, weight and muscle size when I get some free time and am done this tub of powder. I am hoping by the end of this year I will be around 240. Shouldnt be to hard I am 6 foot 3 and have gained 35 lbs in the past year. I wont be ripped but I wont have a big old gut either. Good luck to who ever reads this with your goals, and hopefully you can send some my way.

Ok school is over so now I am back to working normal shifts again. Structure. Thats what I have been waiting for for the past 2 months. I did well untill I took a break then I just couldnt get back in to the routine of eating 5000 calories a day and going to the gym 5-6 days a week. I guess the break was good though I still weigh around 210 and I got straight A’s in school so it was a good trade. I dont care if I lost to months of bulking, it just gives me more motivation to go heavy. Another bonus about starting my bulking up again is it is beauty weather here in ontario and that means BBQ time….. Lots o’ meat all the time. mmmmmmmm steaks mmmmmmm …….. gotta go.
