Haha, I agree man! Have you block out the tools at the gym and do your thing. At least you are being courteous, that's more that a lot of people can put up with.

I take NO-Xplode about 20 minutes before my workout, and only have half a serving. Any more than that, my stomach gets all gurgly (I have IBS). But there is a noticable difference when you're in the gym. I agree with Viper1 on getting a powder form of NO. I tried the pill form and didn't feel any effectiveness. Just remember not to stir it up too vigorously or shake it.

Nothing works a good a caffeine. It allows you to work pass your pain to get a real intense pump. I tried NO, I liked it , but I prefer to get the most from the least. So I keep at the minimal, creatine, tribulus, ZMA and 100 mg tabs of caffeine.

I love my NO Explode. I only use about one scoop and it has given me enough energy. The price overall has not been too bad and I have not had to purchase any more yet.

I like it. but I like stimulants! You get a nice pump, but no way for me to verify the nutrient uptake.

If you want a great pump, quick recovery, and more focus and energy during your workouts, NO is the way to go. There are tons of products out there. Look for one that has at least 3g of Arginine in it. The big ones folks talk about are BSN NO-XPLODE and MuscleTech's NANOvapor. Gaspari SuperPump250 is also a big seller. Don't use pills, stick with powder form. Definitely worth the investment. I went off NO-Xplode for 3 months and that wa sa mistake me.

Plan creatine is pretty cheep. I don't know about Canada, but even with the GNC Gold Card discount it is still cheaper here on BB.Com. I find that will almost everything at GNC, I only go there if I am desperate and it is the first 10 days of the month so the disount applys. Good luck avoiding those cookies!

Wrist straps are great.I use them a lot when working my back, but I try not to rely on them too much. I do my warmups without them and make sure that I get some forearm and wrist exercises in once or twice a week. If I don't then I find that my wrists will get sore on heavy lifting days.
