Workout tracker

Started using the workout tracker! it is awesome, now I will have saved data on my workouts instead of going back and thumbing through all my workout books. I am in week 5 of the strength program and feeling awesome gains gained 6 pounds since the second and will update my stats and measure ments in November.

Creatine products

Sunday, October 18th, 2009

I am almost out of my Monohydrate and am looking for another creatine to take. Any one have any suggestions? I have used Muscletech before and will never use it again …. taste like ass and I didnt notice any better gains then when I use straight creatine. Thuought about hitting up some Gaspari but I dont want to waste that much money on something thats hardly better then straight creatine or risk it tasting like donkey ass like Muscletech. I have also been thinking Con-Crete because I heard much more of it gets in instead of being pissed away. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Weight

Saturday, October 17th, 2009

Killed it at the gym today! I usauly weigh in before I work out, I work out at 6:00 am all week but today is a saturday and I weighed my self after I worked out and I came in 6 pounds heavier! I was so stoked I was smiling like a kid on Xmas walking away form the scale. It might also have to do with the fact I have added some more carbs to my diet and I havent weighed my self since october 2nd. But still boo ya good job Peddle! I iwll continue to track my morning weight as that is how I have tracked it all along and they say to always do it at the same time.
