Starting Over
Thursday, October 16th, 2008so this past summer i met a ton of awesome trainers who really helped me learn how to workout and what to eat. unfortunately i fell off the wagon after ten weeks of training two hours of cardio and eating clean. i felt the best i’ve ever felt about my body while i was training and after a couple month haitus i’m ready to buckle down and start training again. last week i ate clean and worked out moderately. this week i’m going all out and cannot wait to see the results, i already feel better about my body and its only been 3 days! wish me luck
