I’m still here and going strong. I haven’t reached my goals as far as weight. But I have gotten into really good shape. I can’t fit any of my clothes including the ones that I have on today. I have gotten into such good shape that I can jog over four miles in an hour. So, hooray for me.

I finally broke through my sticking point of 300 Pounds. It is all downhill to the 100’s now. I bet my personal trainer Jennifer K. that I could lose 100 pounds in four months. I know that this sounds like a daunting task, But I really believe that I can do it.
Working out used to be a chore, but now I really love it. I work out like a fiend each and every time I go to the gym. I’m going to post new pictures of myself when I reach the 110pound lost mark. Bye for now to whoever cares.
