Blog Entry

Ok here is my issue, I went to my doctor yesterday for a routine checkup and they discovered that I have protein in my urine, which they say is a lot higher then it should be. My question is I plan on doing the Northern Kentucky in Mar and I am 12 weeks out. My question is is it safe to continue my diet? Admittedly I do take in a lot of protein, I am just concerned about my kidneys filtering it out. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
