2008 Wasn’t that Great for weight loss

I didn’t lose much body fat during 2008.  However, I did gain a lot of muscle.  I hooked up with two training partners who push me to the limits.  I can tell a big difference in my muscle mass.  
I have committed (not resolved) to losing body fat (not necessarily scale weight) during 2009.  I plan on posting my pictures at the end of the year and look at least half as good as some you on this site.

Last year, I had hernia surgery and a couple of complications which limited my exercise.  I picked up a few pounds in the process.  While all is not completely better, I have decided that I am tired of the excess weight and tired of limiting exercise.  So, I am back with a mission.  Goals are reset and nothing is going to get in my way!!!
