here is my summary so far:
pumps: have been good so far…maybe im just imagining things…but i personally feel and look bigger…not gaining weight persay but im trying to cut at the same time…so i can accept that as long as my lifts are going up. shirts are feeling tighter when i put them on so ill take that.
focus: ive been crazy focused almost all the time in the gym…i get there and all i want to do is try more weight on everything…a lot of times i will search through my music until i get to that special song to get me focused for the lift…but recently anything that is on works on getting me focused.
lifts: Since we change our workout every two weeks, its hard to see how much im going up, but when we start new lifts i always feel like challenging myself…hoping to get as much weight as possible and i feel like im pushing more weight than before. i always want that challenge and ive been doing it and succeeding, so lifts have been good so far.
Sides: i have had a few sides of chlorodrol 50, some are good, some are bad.
good: libido is up. feeling like i should be a rabbit right now…it would be better if i had a girl to fix it.
bad: i feel ive been getting angrier more easily lately. I already sometimes got called big angry by friends because of my temper at times, but that is only when im tired. Now i feel like i get frusterated with the drop of a dime. Little things here and there just piss me off. Prime example when i stayed sober and drove my friends to and from the bar Saturday night. I was pissed at everybody, of course they were drunk and having fun…but everything they did just tripped my trigger.
bad: ive been getting headaches recently, dont know if its from my diet, or the chlorodrol, or a mix of them both…it got so bad i had to skip a day at the gym one day, so that is not good
bad: acne i had like 2 pop up on my chest…well one was on my stomach which was wierd, but i cant put all the blame on the chlorodrol, because that happens once in awhile anyways
balding: if i wasn’t already balding i could comment on this…but alas, i was cursed with the balding gene 25 years ago.
so other than the few bad sides, ive been feeling pretty good on this stuff, all i want to do is go to the gym and lift more and more weights.
so far i would give this a 6.5/10. the sides bother me a little, but i feel like im doing good in the gym…if my lifts continue to grow it will probably be higher by the end. Lets see how the next two weeks go.

well the 17th was cardio abs, but i was busy all day with class and didn’t get to the gym, but its ok because i did cardio/abs the day before
the 18th i felt like crap the whole day…i had a bad headache that didn’t leave until friday morning

Back at it, gave plasma earlier with a blood pressure of 134 - 68
was looking forward to the gym because of the missed 2 days…wanted a good pump before i had to go to work.
today was Arms/Abs…i weighed in at 179.6. i feel like im getting stronger, and the weight is goin down, so i hope im burnin up some of the fat.
(with curl bars i never know what they weigh so i just post the weight i have on it…not the total)

Chest/Back day…gave plasma earlier in the day…not sure if thats good or bad to do while on this…but im poor and need money…plus i got to see my blood pressure which was 122/64.

back from my weekend army drill, ready to hit the gym…it was the end of two weeks, so we are switching up our workouts and sets…which means i never know the exact weight to use, but i always try to push it to where i can’t complete my last set and i need to be worked through…then my goal the next time i lift that part, i hope to complete it myself
today weighed in at 181.6, it was legs and shoulders…our sets for most things now are 10, 12, 14, 8
first superset:
Squat - 10-185 12-225 14-245 8-295 (completed all, will up for next time)
Fall Down Leg Lifts - four sets of 8…(legs were burning good already, so i only did 3 sets)
second superset was:
Machine Leg Press - 10-16 12-18 14-19(10) 8 - x (these weights just had numbers on it, i dont know what their exact poundage is)
Leg Ext - 10-11 12-12(10) 14-12(8) 8 - x (legs were dying already)
Then we knocked out some calves. I use the calf machine doing sets of 8, with my toes at 3 different angles. (Straight, Inward, Outward…so 8×3 8×3 8×3
Next we did a triple Set of shoulders
Side Lat - 10-25 12-30 14-30 8-35
Front Lat - 10-25 12-30 14-30 8-35(7)

it was a long workout, my legs were hurting, and started to tighten, so i cut some of the sets short so i didn’t hurt myself…could definitely feel it the next day…shoulders were feeling good, and looking good…traps seem to be getting thicker, or maybe its my imagination, but i like it.

this is from Friday 11th Oct.
i weighed in at 181.8 Lbs. i was at home in wisconsin, so i wasn’t at my regular gym…and i didn’t have much time to lift because i had army later that afternoon…and since we missed shoulders the other day, we added in a few shoulders to get something out of it. here was the workout

weighed in a 179.6, it was legs shoulder day…but with the combination of lack of sleep, overloading on homework, and not getting to the gym until about 930 pm…i knew from the start it wasn’t going to be a good day. but i gave it a go anyways…i also gave plasma today…my blood pressure was 146/72…a little high, but i think mine is always high
didn’t have much of a pump going because i was drained probably 6/10
focus started off well, until time started dragging on and i got more and more tired…7/10
it was supposed to be legs and shoulders…but we ended up just doing legs and even cutting that short…here’s what i did

today was arms and abs day, but i ran out of time for abs, so i will just do some crunches tonight after all my homework

pump - 7/10 - i felt really good, but was kind of tired from working all night, and then having class all day today
focus - 9/10 - didn’t have to change my music at all to get focused for the lifts…its a good day when that happens, because it means i dont need a certain song to get me ready…although the song that pumped me up the best was roy jones jr. - can’t be touched
lifts - 7/10 - i was going a little heavier today, and it felt good, would have scored better except my elbow was bothering me, and affecting some of my lifts being arms day.

today was the first day for me on the chlorodrol, and i dont expect any miracles. Only thing i was lookin foward to was the placibo effect giving me a little extra boost, just knowing i was on it.
Started off today pretty pumped, I took my NO shotgun and went to the gym, and it was great at first. I didn’t have to shuffle through songs to pump me up, because I already had the pump no matter what song I listened to. But after a few bad lifts, and a bothersome shoulder that quickly deminished, and I just got angry. Any way here’s how the lifts went
