Here we go again
I have made the decision to restart my 12 week meal plan from empowered nutrition. I don’t really need to loose more weight, I could drop another 5-10lbs, but I am more interested in getting myself in good shape for the holiday season. I figure if I can get my eating habits back on track before the festive season begins, with all its glorious goodies, I might just stand a chance at mucking my way through it without gaining too much weight.
So far this week has been great……
I have had ZERO sugary treats, my eating has been clean and I’m actually feeling pretty great. I don’t why I ever let myself slip, the change in how I feel is remarkable.
I got my excercising back on track at the beginning of september, and now my eating is back on track, it feels good to be back!

way to go with getting back on the cycle and saying no to the sugary treats (definitely my downfall!). best of luck with the 12 week challenge, but i know you can do it!!
