so now i can get back to loosing fat.

Ugh… i ate way too much over my fall break.
too much good food at my parents house, so i gained more than ive lost over the past week.
so ive already taken a chunk out of my weekend ‘benge’ so im back down to 172.6 and i hope ill be back on track by saturday night.
i did a short workout yesterday, first one in a long time lol. so my biceps and traps are a little sore, but thats to be expected i guess.

tomorrow im going jogging with my girlfriend, so i guess thats going to be my first ‘cardio’ in a while.

Ive lost a little more, im at 172.2 now, so thats great i guess.

ok, so this is my first post, obviously…
Well, today, i weighed in at 172.8ibs.
Im not trying to work out or anything like that this semester, im just trying to loose fat by eating right and doing some light cardio, i want to be 155 by new years, then ill hit the gym and see about adding some muscle mass.
