diet is going perfectly, of course.  following a modified timed carb diet written by the guys at redpoint fitness.  if you want to see a free version of this google ‘ironaddict TCD’ or just hit up www.ironaddicts.com and get reading

i’ve also changed my routine from rippetoes to a pure strength powerbuilding routine.

today’s workout:

Deadlift - 5 x 198, 209, 220 (PR)

Front Squat - 10 x 66, 66, 66 (first time FSing my life just getting down the form)

Chins - did 12 singles and some negatives because I am horribly ****ty at chins.

BB Curls - 8 x 45, 55, 55

DB Calf Raise - 15 x 15s, 15s, 15s

and that’s one of the two lower body workouts.  it’s pretty low volume and imo a lot of the guys who suck rippetoes cawk would do a lot better on it.  in fact they’d be a lot better ditching this site ahahaha…..but that’s a different issue.  i’m still gonna keep up my log here even though i’m keeping an insanely detailed one at redpoint.
