new diet plan
after spending hours and hours reading over at ironaddicts i’m drastically lowering the amount of carbs i’m eating
palumbo gets his IFBB profs eating 200-300 carbs MAX a day in the OFF SEASON. i weigh 160….how much do you think i need? not much.
so i think i’ve drastically ****ed up when it comes to a ‘bulking’ diet. i’ve been limiting sugar in the hopes that i’ll stay lean. dumbass.
sure, it will vs. eating a ****load of the stuff…..but in fact its just CARBS IN GENERAL i should be keeping an eye on.
the general consensus is to eat a ****load of carbs when bulking but i’m going to try something different. hitting caloric excess on fat and protein (HUGE AMOUNTS), with my sole carbs being a big breakfast feed and post-workout. coooool.
