captains of crush grippers

i am sick of having pussy little bitch forearms.  they look like the forearms of a little girl not of a MAN.

i am buying captains of crush grippers to supplement rippetoes.  **** direct forearm training, i will develop my bone crushing grip.  starting with the ’sport’ and looking to move up to the number 2 by halfway through next year.

this will grow my forearm to rippling massive proportions and also allow me to crush kids skulls with my hand.  and break peoples fingers in handshakes.
unnecessary and hilarious.

simple, calm, dedicated slog

when masssive ‘YEAHYEAHYEAH’ motivation wanes, you simply just tone it down to calm dedication.  
which is what i’m doing now.

getting up every morning and preparing your oats, don’t even think about why you’re doing it, just DO IT.

habit.

updates: took a week off due to getting swine flu.  starting back on monday steadily increasing weights on compounds and eating big.

horrible session

so basically all my lifts stalled at once today.  

bench: did 60 pretty easily last session, couldn’t do first set of 63 this session.  

squats: did them at 78 but with ****ty form (you know how you try and push your neck up…..bad…)

dead: tried to get pumped up and do 1×5 of 96, did one rep…heard the sound my back made and went ‘**** this ****’ and dumped it.

i don’t think it’s just a coincidence that everything went ****ty today.  it has all caught up on me.

1) poor diet.  not enough calories….and poor calories

2) not enough sleep.  7 hours or some bull****

3) stress.  first day of new term at school…going to school and doing work is ****.

4) poor mindset.  didn’t have a spot for bench and my heart wasn’t in it, i had to dump the bar from my chest (painful).
squats i’m ****-paranoid about my left knee ligaments tearing the **** out.
deads **** scared about ****ing my back up.

so i ****ed up.

my next lift is on friday.  i will make them all, perfectly.  with excellent form.  i’m dropping everything by 10% of what i should have done today, a la rippetoes.

1) will eat huge breakfasts and ACTUALLY BRING LUNCH to school.  ****.  rookie error.

2) SURPLUS protein will be eaten.

3) SURPLUS sleep will be got.  i will go to bed at like…..7pm tomorrow night.

4) relaxation/meditation.

THE **** DAYS MAKE US STRONGER.
not literally.

but yeah.

no more mirrors

the mirror only stands to demotivate you.  it is deceptive, you can’t objectively judge yourself if you’re looking in the mirror every day.

this means the mirror only serves to set me back.  anything that sets me back is GONE.
i will not look in the mirror until the 15th of november.  

will wear sloppy joes CONSTANTLY.

i judge progress by weight on bar on main lifts…..and diet.  
PERIOD.

knee twinge squatting

i’m on rippetoes and obviously squatting is completely key to the program.
so…..my knees had a little twinge today….nothing major.   this was before the workout

and i was like ****it…stop being a pussy….i warmed up and the pain was completely gone.  so i did my workout.
twinge came back immediately after i cooled down…a little worse.

i’m icing it now.  if my knee is ****ed i will be…
