****.  i hate it.  painful, sustained, and not glamorous whatsoever.

****.  today doing sprints at boxing was a great reminder of why bodybuilding is the greatest sport in the world.


EDIT: think i pulled my calf or someting.  doing chest tomorrow instead of today.  i reiterate - **** cardio.

took proggy pictures

saw enough of a difference that i said **** it…posted them on pictures forum.  why not.

keep on pluggin in outtttt.  bought more whey today.  let me just reiterate that redbak products are shitty and smell and taste like chemical bleach.  aussies, never buy themem.  bought a 2 and a half kilo of ON 100%, should deliever by tomorrow.

solidified my goals

make them real concise and clear.  the more specific the better IMO.  
also put new goals into my progress tracker thing, as i achieved the ones i set pretty easy.  i was a bit more ambitious.

downloading mens health atm for shits and giggles, never read one before.  doing chest in about an hour.
also put up about another 1000 motivational quotes on my bedroom wall.

first day back

today is the 28th of march.  from now to 30th of april i am going hard out.  

after my piss poor chest work out (not even), i redeemed myself greatly yesterday with a hard out back workout.  muscle soreness = glorious and painful.

my lower back is ….. from doing deadlifts.

32 DAY BULK, MAKIN EVERY DAY COUNT.

EDIT: woke up feeling a bit sick today.  chowin down the vites and cold and flu tablets hopefully i’ll be fine.

NUTRITION

regarding my nutrition, i honestly could not give a shit about the nutrition of others.

couple of things

1.  salami = gone.  too much fat.  

2.  whole eggs = okay.  got some fat in em but they’re also anti-catabolic and a whole lot of vitamins.  good shit.  eggs for breakfast.

3.  veges = NEED MORE.  don’t eat anywhere enough of those motha****ers.

4.  no bacon.  …overrated nutritionally.

5.  more fish and chicken.

6.  more good carbs.

FUUUCKING ****

****ing pissed.  for a few reasons.

a) i eat sugar before on my weet-bix.  DUMB ****ING MOVE BY ME.  no stomach pains…but the principle remains true.  i stuck ‘don’t eat sugar ****’ up on my wall and i immediately disobeyed myself.  you ****ing **** pat.

b) just then was supposed to be my first work out back.  chest.  I CAN’T ****ING GO HARD OUT WITHOUT A SPOT.  i can’t be throwin up hevy azz weights and having them crush me to death and this is ****ing me up so i just aborted 2 sets into bench press.  ****.

c) i’m ****ing sick of my non-perfect diet.  i seriously want to cry right now because i’ve let myself down that much.  ****ING REGARDLESS.
FITDAY.COM IS COMING BACK.  AND ABOUT TIME.  TOO FAT TO EAT PERFECTLY PAT? CALORIE COUNTING.  IN.

so yeah, diet’s going to get ****ing right back on track this week or i’ll personally punch myself in the face.  also it’ll be good to know how much i’m eating for my upcoming cut.

SERIOUSLY

i’ve posted this before….but ****ing don’t eat chocolate.
or sugar for that matter.

not because of the obvious poor effect on bodybuiding (pfft no shit)
but the ****ing….

PAIN.
my stomach feels like it’s being ****ed by a huge black man.  it hurts.  i had like…..a small portion of ice cream and because i’ve staved myself of sugar for so long it isn’t agreeing well with the old st0mach.

printed out a poster to remind me of this fact.
seriously, don’t eat it.
