****ing pissed. for a few reasons.
a) i eat sugar before on my weet-bix. DUMB ****ING MOVE BY ME. no stomach pains…but the principle remains true. i stuck ‘don’t eat sugar ****’ up on my wall and i immediately disobeyed myself. you ****ing **** pat.
b) just then was supposed to be my first work out back. chest. I CAN’T ****ING GO HARD OUT WITHOUT A SPOT. i can’t be throwin up hevy azz weights and having them crush me to death and this is ****ing me up so i just aborted 2 sets into bench press. ****.
c) i’m ****ing sick of my non-perfect diet. i seriously want to cry right now because i’ve let myself down that much. ****ING REGARDLESS.

so yeah, diet’s going to get ****ing right back on track this week or i’ll personally punch myself in the face. also it’ll be good to know how much i’m eating for my upcoming cut.
