Diet change
Saturday, January 31st, 2009After having talked to andre bueno I’m changing up my diet.
MEAL 1 - BREKKY
- 1.5 cup raw oats with a little bit of milk and honey
- Eggs x 4 with whole grain bread.
MEAL 2
- ham salad sandwich on whole grain bread (shitloads of ham)
- steak and veges
MEAL 3
- mince and sustagen
- protein bar
MEAL 4 - PRE WORKOUT
- gainer of some sort
OR steak and rice
MEAL 5 - POST WORKOUT
- gainer with water
- creatine
MEAL 6 - din din
- chicken/fish and veges
- potatoes
MEAL 7
- more MEAT
- milk
