After taking my measurement today, I was feeling good as I lost half in here and there. I went through from when I started P90X back in Jan. and found that from neck to calves I lost a total of 21" all together, 4.1% body fat taking me from obese to overweight giving me a total of 22.6 lb lost so far. I weighed myself and didn't see the loss that I was expecting. I know it's slow going, but frustrating when you expect to have lost some weight, but you haven't. I'm hoping that with me ending this exercise program and starting a new one on Sunday, I'll start / cont. to lose the rest of what I need to get into the "average" weight for my height. I still have the support of my husband, kids and other family members, just one of those days I guess. I'm also adding a pole fit class 2 days a week starting Monday the 16th for 4 weeks.
