Started this raw food lifestyle for about a week, and have dropped weight, and I have not been to the gym yet. But, I eat soo much, I’m eating every 3hrs starting at 7am and ending at 7pm. I do add a baked chicken breast to the raw food salad, but wow. Eating 20 diff veg’s is diffcult in every meal, esp shopping around at 3 diff stores to find them all. Buts I’ve gone from 242 to 231 in about a week an half. I’m feel full the whole day. I feel great.
