Gassy legs
November 5, 2006Ok Im bored and have nothing better to do so I will write this blog and tell you all how disgusting I am. Ok so I did legs today (ugghhhh!!) I started doing squats and and I started noticing how much damn gas I had. I was getting so frusterated cause I had to fart so bad. I didnt want to let them start ripping in the middle of the gym. So I would let them out slowly and silently. Luckily they didnt stink. Well I thought this would have alleviated my problem. But ofcourse the gas just kept on coming. Finally I just had to cut my workout short and leave. I was so mad after that. Its such a stupid reason to leave the gym early, but I did what I had to do. Anyways the reason for all this flatuation is because I have been eating like a horse because I have started bulking and the weight gainer and protien shakes dont help either. Im starting to gross my wife out. Correction Im way beyond grossing her out cause this has been going on for over a month now. She has told me many times that "Your a disgusting PIG stuck in a hot guys body!" Shes right I feel trapped and my inner pig is trying to get out. Anyways I just had to vent my frustration out. Sorry if I grossed anyone out but does anyone else have these problems? My diet is not bad but like I said im eating everything in site. Thats it for today better luck tomorrow on chest day.
