Well day 7 was my last day today i drank OJ to come out of it. I realized that one of my problems was that i wasn’t drinking enough of the cleanse drink each day. On day 7 i drank a ton of it and felt great! well the next time ill know. I lost 8.4 pounds and i really do have a great greater desire to eat healthy foods. After not being able to eat solid food for a week, raw tuna sounds good to me at this point lol. I have a new diet all planned out and am very excited to work on it I don’t think i will gain much weight back… if i do it will be muscle. I really want to work on my BF% and get that down. the fact that i lost 8.4 pounds but only lost 1% bf is a bit discouraging I was hoping to lose more fat. oh well. Maybe my bf scale is broken heheh.

I think that today was a bit of a turning point. I wasn’t really that hungry and I really felt better. I do have to admit i saw some junk food and it smelled good lol. I stayed strong though! I am not really feeling any more or less clarity than before, however i do notice i don’t have the energy i feel like i had before the cleanse. Although today was the most energy i have felt on the diet so far. I feel like i am back to where i was before i started. I actually gained a little weight today but lowered body fat which is good. I have gotten a pretty good meal program to follow once i am off this cleanse. I think with cardio and excersise i’ll hit my goals np. I can’t believe i have only drunk liquids for 6 days and i feel fine, strange. Couple more days to go.

Well I’ll have to say that this is a bit harder to do than I had anticipated. I have felt like I had the flu not that i was sick but that I was very cold and a bit cloudy. I have lost 5 pounds as of today on the scale. I actually started to have cravings for solid food today for the first time since I started on Wednesday. I am impressed at how I haven’t really felt that hungry, once I start to feel hungry I just drink some of the "potion" as my kids and I call it LOL and I dont feel hungry again for several hours. I always love challenges and this is definately one of them. Talk to you soon.

Sorry i missed my post yesterday i have felt a bit light headed since i started the diet. I think (hope) its just a phase as the toxins are getting kicked out of my body. Most say that after the first few days there is greater clarity in their thinking etc. so i am hoping for that soon. I need that anyway
. It is strange to me still i am not really hungry and i drink 5 drinks a day. My mouth does get dry and so i do drink a lot of water. Which means I visit the restroom regularly. I am weighing myself every day and i lost about a pound the first day I’ll see what i lose tomorrow. I’ll post that on the site for sure. I try to weigh myself the same time every day so that there is more consistency with the results. See you tomorrow.

So I read about the lemonaide diet/master cleanse while on Blaxican25’s blog then there was a response that lead me to greeneyedsmarty25’s blog where she actually has links of the formula and her day by day experience on the cleanse. So I figure great time to start a new diet with the new year and all.
I know its a cleanse but i figure before i start a new leaner diet why don’t i cleanse out the old so I start fresh with the new. I am going to start the diet tomorrow, well tonight i drink the laxative tea (exciting!
. I made about a gallon worth of the potion today so that it will last me a couple days. I think i am mentally ready. I am actually very excited about what could happen. I do want to lose a few pounds but more importantly I think i want to get rid of the urges i have to eat the bad foods. The report says it removes the addictive feeling to bad foods. So here goes.
I’ll do a day by day as well just to keep a daily journal of how i feel and how it is affecting me.
Here goes, no solids for 10 days!
BTW here is the link to the report http://healthandlight.com/TheMasterCleanse.pdf

I will be first to admit that Cardio can sometimes be boring. Somedays I am on my eliptical and the time flies and after what seems like a few minutes i am done with 25 minutes of cardio. However more often than not I am 5 minutes into it and wondering if this will ever end! lol
So what do you do to pass the time while you cardio?
I have watched videos, listened to music, etc. One of my favorite things to do actually is to close my eyes and envision that I am running across beautiful scenery. Most of the time I am running or moving through magestic mountains or across meadows. It is more like i am flying low to the ground but it is very motivational. Sometimes i will use the time to contemplate new goals or just to think, I love to think.
Anyways I would love to hear from others what they do to pass the cardio time.
Hope to hear from you soon.

For Christmas i got an electronic scale that also had a bodyfat calculator it says that it measures the body fat with some electric pulse sent through the body. It’s called BIA Bioelectric Impedance Analysis. The brand I got is Health-o-meter. When I weighed in i was about 5 pounds heavier than my analog scale so I am hoping that this one is more accurate. I just wandered if anyone has any experience with how accurate the BIA is for bodyfat analysis on these scales?
Even if it isn’t very accurate i know that it will at least help me track my progress as long as i continue to use the same scale.
Body composition is more important to me than weight because i know muscle weighs more than fat and as i build muscle i’ll start to weigh more but need it to be the right kind of weight so was excited to get a bodyfat scale to help me track my goals.
This last 2 weeks of getting back into it have been great… My leg workout last Friday was intense, for me anyway, and I am just today feeling like i can walk without pain again LOL.
I will get myself more involved in journaling here as one of my New Years resolutions.

It feels good to hit the weights again. I took a several months off after some personal issues. I realized that I needed to get back into the gym when my pants started to feel tight again. Last year I was 145 pounds and 6.5% bodyfat, it felt real good. I started to bulk up after that so that I could hit my goal of 170 pounds and 6.5% bf. As you know when you start to bulk up the fat comes with it. Before my break I was about 160 and 9% or so.
Then life decided to send me a few trials, and my confidence dropped. I stopped working out to focus on my business, and I realize now how much working out helped motivate me to do better in all areas of my life, i.e. my business! My family and I have a strong faith in God and know that it will all work out but we hope sooner than later. If you know what i mean!
When I found bb.com and I saw the bodyspace profile I thought what a great idea! It inspired me to start again. I started working out with the wife this week and it feels great! I can already feel my confidence surging back. I love the way I feel when I know I look good. Having my own business is a challenge and confidence is a requisite so I feel like working out again is going to help a lot.
I realize that in restarting, my muscles are not used to the weight like they were, so as I always recomend to my friends to start real slow so that you don’t get too much lactic acid build up, which makes you sore so you can’t work out for a week! Then you get out of the habit and… bam! You are a casualty in the world of bb. It is better to start slow and work into the weight and so that is what i am doing, I should see major leaps in the first few weeks/months then I may level off until I can start taking supplements again.
The wife and I have already decided to buy better foods at the store I know diet is 80% of the battle.
I look forward to being a part of this community!
