to shred or not to shred?

I leave for the states pretty soon… I don’t know whether or not to shred the fat i have right now or continue with the slow mass gaining stage…

Today is Legs day… I know that i can murder my legs good but again should i begine the shredding?????

ADD 1? TO YOUR ARMS ….IN A DAY! TESTED revisited

I tried it again about a month ago or so…I wrote about this article about

ADD 1? TO YOUR ARMS ….IN A DAY! TESTED

I did it again last night but change up some of the excerises, I did 2 bicep,1 tricep exercises. Negatives are a must…I did two cycles of this. Every exercise was as strict form as possible. Narrow grip bicep curl 1X12, Tricep Extentions 1X12 60sec break; Normal grip 1X12 Skull Crushers 1X12 60 sec break;  Wide grip Bicep 1X12; Weighted Dips 45lbs 1X12 

Alternating Bicep Curl 1X15, DB Extention 1X12 60 sec. break, Repeat 1 more time..Negatives  the full feel..Bicep curl bar 1X9 negatives Go 40 lbs your normal curl and have help bringing the weight up. Skull crusher or Tricep Extention Negatives 1X9 Repeat 60 sec break 

As a finisher for me, I wanted to work more on my Biceps so I did Drag curls. use the Curl bar  bend down some and keep your elbows on your side and bring the weight to your stomach almost like doing rows. I did 3X10 and 3X15 of half the weight.   

I’m sore as **** but i’m consistantly taking protein & Halo to help with the recovery…TRAIN HARD BABY!!!!

legs together knees slightly bent
legs begin shaping the letters of the alphabet
once the letter is complete then legs come to about six inches from the ground and the next letter begins

New Burner…

I recently purchased the New Lipo Black, I did some research on the reviews posted on it. I really wanna try it…currently taking Arson. I love Arson love it.. it suppresses my appitite and keeps me going. I wanted to try to see if it’s better then what I already have.. Just don’t wanna get mesed up off it. Moving from one burner to another

ADD 1″ TO YOUR ARMS ….IN A DAY! TESTED

2 days ago I purchased the new Flex Magazine and noticed the article "Add 1" to your arms…in a day". I read the entire article and got pumped up about it…It consisted of a large dose of supplements prior to the workout. They are Nano Vapor, Leukic, Mass Tech and Anator P70. Basics are Creatine as a pre-workout; Nano Vapor as a postwork; Mass-Tech for Protien intake; Leukic to force out the GH that is naturally produced in the body to work harder. All this prior to starting and after finishing the cycle drink it all again. The cycle of supersets going from Bicep to Tricep workout then a 90 sec. break. There is a few negative sets in the cycle as well to finish of the arms as well. I took it upon my self to try this. The products used for this a more expensive out here in Camp Casey Korea..GNC is well more then the Post Exchange. I bought Freak Fix for my protein, Leukic, and had Cell-Tech and HALO already, also I stacked some Biogenetix NO-D2T Nitric Oxide and Arson fat burners with it.

I took in all the ingredients and went to the gym which is about 8 min away walking distance. On my way there, I could feel the stuff working through me, like a super caffiene rush! Got to the gym, did my cycle; No sweat! Came back to the room to drank up again. Back to the gym, felt good working out hard again after the supplements. What really got me was the Negatives. I did every thing I could to maintain good form and the fact I didn’t have a partner made it that much harder..lol More Sups and back to the gym. I started to feel a bit bloated from all the sups in me, almost sickening.. no pain no gain. In total I did 3 full cycles due to the fact that I had to keep going back and forth to my rom and the gym Secondly the gym closed on me as well. This morning I feel a bit mushy in the arms I got about an extra 3/4 of the inch right now in ‘Mush staus"

I’m starting again since I have time on my hands… I started working out again I took a long intermission (sort of say) but now that i’m in S. Korea in Camp Casey, I work out once if not twice a day. I’m trying to get in better condition then what I was back in early 08..I will post a new pic once a week to being my pic tracker once again

After 2 long weeks of being a physically grueing Army Combatives school and recovered over the weekend I’m ready to hit the gym again slowly but hard.

I haven’t done any type of working out in about a week,, why??? I been taking a class by the military on Combatives, their version of MMA type fight but the Military is more on the self defense side. Trust me it’s no different then how they train on TV.

I just finished week one and I have got bruises and a broken pinky toe but other then that soreness across the whole body. I forgot to take my dse of MuscleTech’s Halo Last night and I’m hurting right now…
