I did it again last night but change up some of the excerises, I did 2 bicep,1 tricep exercises. Negatives are a must…I did two cycles of this. Every exercise was as strict form as possible. Narrow grip bicep curl 1X12, Tricep Extentions 1X12 60sec break; Normal grip 1X12 Skull Crushers 1X12 60 sec break; Wide grip Bicep 1X12; Weighted Dips 45lbs 1X12
Alternating Bicep Curl 1X15, DB Extention 1X12 60 sec. break, Repeat 1 more time..Negatives the full feel..Bicep curl bar 1X9 negatives Go 40 lbs your normal curl and have help bringing the weight up. Skull crusher or Tricep Extention Negatives 1X9 Repeat 60 sec break
As a finisher for me, I wanted to work more on my Biceps so I did Drag curls. use the Curl bar bend down some and keep your elbows on your side and bring the weight to your stomach almost like doing rows. I did 3X10 and 3X15 of half the weight.
I’m sore as **** but i’m consistantly taking protein & Halo to help with the recovery…TRAIN HARD BABY!!!!
