I haven’t done any type of working out in about a week,, why??? I been taking a class by the military on Combatives, their version of MMA type fight but the Military is more on the self defense side. Trust me it’s no different then how they train on TV.
I just finished week one and I have got bruises and a broken pinky toe but other then that soreness across the whole body. I forgot to take my dse of MuscleTech’s Halo Last night and I’m hurting right now…

I was at the gym messing with some of the machine there. Using the shoulder shrug machine,I’ll put the seat all the way down, and lean my back on the baack restand having my legs alittle out. I’ll pick up the bars and do a sort of hammer curl and I get the most killer pump out of it and to top it off I do triple faiure on it my biceps are so pumped from it someone go out and try it for your self

I recently purchased "Halo" a post work supplement. I’ve seen some pretty good gains in a short amount of time. I’d like to know if there’s anyone esle who’s taking it ass well and what they have experienced from it

today I was at a different gym then where I do my normal workouts. I decided to do a quick set of bench and leg press. I slapped on 180 lbs on the the bench press machine now these are 45lbs plates not the stack weights that most gyms carry and what I’ve been training on the last 3 months. I start pressing an by rep 6 I start feeling it a little and I’m thinking "hey this doesn’t feel right it…, It feels heavier then usual.. I finished my set and went on to place one 100lbs on each side and a 45 plate on each side, sat down and released the lever, began pressing and same thing,,,, It didn’t feel right. It came to my attention that everything I’ve been doing at these other gyms on the machine press is not correct. Everything from the bench to leg press and afew others weren’t correct…
I need to start over again and find out what I can do on normal weights an quit cheating myself
