End of Week 27
Today I woke up very tired and was dreading getting on the scale. I just wanted to crawl back into bed. Scale revealed a 4 lb loss (smiling, no KOOL AID TYPE GRIN)
I am down 40 motherf*cking pounds! NEVER, EVER have I lost this much weight. NEVER, EVER have I been so consistent with working out and eating. I am reaching milestones each and every day and I’m just amazed at the changes I see in myself not just on the outside by on the inside also.
The one thing I changed this week was my water consumption. I was drinking roughly 100 oz a day, which is alot to some people. I read in the oxygen magazine that you should drink 1 oz per pound of bodyweight, so I increased my water to 208oz/day all week! I was best friends with the restroom, but I think that is the reason why I lost the weight this week.
I am 5 lbs away from the 100# club, which is a club I left when I first began college in 1996… fast forward 13 years later and I will rejoin that club in a few weeks.
