I won the challenge&#8230;I went from 20.4% bodyfat to 13.2% bodyfat&#8230;. AND I won it fair and square&#8211;not with surgery [...]]]></description>
			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well, as some of you remember&#8230;.Wally J challenged me to a fat-loss Smackdown back in late-October&#8230;.and since then many of you have contacted me wanting to know the outcome&#8230;.</p>
<p>Well, as you can see&#8230;..<img id="image5521092" alt="The Grrl got her BUCKLE....." src="http://blog.bodybuilding.com/wp-content/blogs/36571/uploads//IMG_2334.JPG"  /></p>
<p>I got my BUCKLE!!!!</p>
<p>I won the challenge&#8230;I went from 20.4% bodyfat to 13.2% bodyfat&#8230;. AND I won it fair and square&#8211;not with surgery like Wally J is telling some of you.&nbsp; No hi-jinks here&#8230;just hard ass-busting work in the gym coupled with Lipo 6x&#8230;.Same as Wally J.</p>
<p>What can I say&#8230;.I get challenged&#8211;I go into kick-ass mode&#8230;.Oh yeah&#8230;and for those of you who really want to know&#8230;.he wouldn&#8217;t part with his precious BUCKLE&#8230;.I got a brand new one&#8230;.</p>
<p>In the end though&#8230;.I got more than a shiny BUCKLE&#8230;.I got the satisfaction of doing what I said I was going to do&#8230;of losing the fat&#8230;of getting &quot;tight and right&quot; and&nbsp; getting Wally J&#8217;s attention&#8211;He knows this GRRL is more than smack talk!&nbsp; And at this point&#8230;.I&#8217;d say he will think twice about challenging me to another &quot;competition&quot;!!

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Ok, so I am currently doing an awesome dumbell workout that my boyfriend gave me&#8230;.I love it&#8230;really kicks my ass!  Two to three circuits&#8230;entire body&#8230;15-20 reps&#8212;by the end I am completely worn out and sweatin&#8217; like a pig!!</p>
<p>He is working on a new routine that we both will be doing and lemme tell ya&#8230;I cannot wait to get it and get started!!!  I really expect to see some major differences in my body.  It is a two month routine&#8230;not sure of all the details yet but more information will come later&#8230;.perhaps.  Hoping to get it this weekend.<br />
Anyway&#8230;.as I said in my last blog that man of mine is pretty damn awesome&#8211;he is right along beside me as we BOTH strive for new levels of fitness&#8230; he encourages, motivates, and understands the hard work and dedication that goes into making a major body transformation&#8230;.I am one damn lucky Painted Grrl!!!!

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Let me preface this blog with the statement&#8230;.I have wanted to use Bodyspace to help other women who are in similar physical condition that I once was. Overweight, over-eating or under-eating for that matter, not active enough, feeling like a change is necessary and desperately hoping there is someone out there who knows what she&#8217;s going through and is willing to help. I get requests for help but I also get a lot of nonsense bullsh!t.</p>
<p>So last night I reached a crossroads concerning Bodyspace. For some time now I have been annoyed as shit about the inappropriate messages, invitations to hook up, requests for naughty pics, idiotic comments and general ass-holery that I have been a witness to while a member here.&nbsp; I proceeded to pull my entire gallery, most of my progress pics and all but three profile pics to choose from. And then I even contacted Richard to ask what I need to do to close my Bodyspace account. Let me just say that I was feeling pretty pissy about the whole day and this frustration just added to my pissiness.</p>
<p>Later in the evening I had a telephone conversation with my boyfriend. He brought up a valid point&#8230;.I can still be helpful by blogging about my fitness journey&#8230;.food I eat, workout routine, supplements taken and their benefits and so on&#8230; With his encouragement, I have decided to give it another chance and stay a member. His ENCOURAGEMENT is very important to me&#8230;.I am sticking around to ENCOURAGE others&#8230;.I don&#8217;t need a boyfriend&#8212;I ALREADY have a pretty damn amazing one, thank you very much!</p>
<p>Oh, yeah&#8230;.the answer to the question is&#8230;..TO BODYSPACE!

<p>Ladies, you know what I am talking about&#8230;those 2-7 pounds of water weight we all put on right before and during our period&#8230;.the weight that hides those pretty muscles we have been working so hard to get to SHOW!!  This kills me&#8230;I on average put on at least 5-6 pounds of water right before my period&#8230;any of you ladies out there got a secret for prevention??  If ya do&#8230;.send it my way because I&#8217;m going out of my mind with it!!  Or if you know of something that makes a girl shed that water faster&#8230;I&#8217;m all over it&#8230;share the love&#8230;until then just call me Squishy&#8230;
