Well, as some of you remember….Wally J challenged me to a fat-loss Smackdown back in late-October….and since then many of you have contacted me wanting to know the outcome….
Well, as you can see…..
I got my BUCKLE!!!!
I won the challenge…I went from 20.4% bodyfat to 13.2% bodyfat…. AND I won it fair and square–not with surgery like Wally J is telling some of you. No hi-jinks here…just hard ass-busting work in the gym coupled with Lipo 6x….Same as Wally J.
What can I say….I get challenged–I go into kick-ass mode….Oh yeah…and for those of you who really want to know….he wouldn’t part with his precious BUCKLE….I got a brand new one….
In the end though….I got more than a shiny BUCKLE….I got the satisfaction of doing what I said I was going to do…of losing the fat…of getting "tight and right" and getting Wally J’s attention–He knows this GRRL is more than smack talk! And at this point….I’d say he will think twice about challenging me to another "competition"!!

Ok, so I am currently doing an awesome dumbell workout that my boyfriend gave me….I love it…really kicks my ass! Two to three circuits…entire body…15-20 reps—by the end I am completely worn out and sweatin’ like a pig!!
He is working on a new routine that we both will be doing and lemme tell ya…I cannot wait to get it and get started!!! I really expect to see some major differences in my body. It is a two month routine…not sure of all the details yet but more information will come later….perhaps. Hoping to get it this weekend.
Anyway….as I said in my last blog that man of mine is pretty damn awesome–he is right along beside me as we BOTH strive for new levels of fitness… he encourages, motivates, and understands the hard work and dedication that goes into making a major body transformation….I am one damn lucky Painted Grrl!!!!

Let me preface this blog with the statement….I have wanted to use Bodyspace to help other women who are in similar physical condition that I once was. Overweight, over-eating or under-eating for that matter, not active enough, feeling like a change is necessary and desperately hoping there is someone out there who knows what she’s going through and is willing to help. I get requests for help but I also get a lot of nonsense bullsh!t.
So last night I reached a crossroads concerning Bodyspace. For some time now I have been annoyed as shit about the inappropriate messages, invitations to hook up, requests for naughty pics, idiotic comments and general ass-holery that I have been a witness to while a member here. I proceeded to pull my entire gallery, most of my progress pics and all but three profile pics to choose from. And then I even contacted Richard to ask what I need to do to close my Bodyspace account. Let me just say that I was feeling pretty pissy about the whole day and this frustration just added to my pissiness.
Later in the evening I had a telephone conversation with my boyfriend. He brought up a valid point….I can still be helpful by blogging about my fitness journey….food I eat, workout routine, supplements taken and their benefits and so on… With his encouragement, I have decided to give it another chance and stay a member. His ENCOURAGEMENT is very important to me….I am sticking around to ENCOURAGE others….I don’t need a boyfriend—I ALREADY have a pretty damn amazing one, thank you very much!
Oh, yeah….the answer to the question is…..TO BODYSPACE!

Today marked the beginning of a new routine for me and I kicked my ass today!! I only worked the front of my body and I circuited….minimal rest, pushing extra hard and lots of sweat! I can already tell tomorrow I am going to HURT!!! I look forward to the results I will begin seeing in about a week and a half….I know, I know….I transform FAST….just chalk it up to damn good genetics! I’ll keep you updated on the progress. Don’t worry…new pics will be coming soon!!

So, I’ve gotten lots of inquiries as to how the Smackdown Challenge with WallyJ is going….We’ll for all you guys and GRRLZ who want to know….I,, of course am ahead–it’s quite obvious…and once again WallyJ has underestimated THE PAINTED GRRL!! We have just a few short weeks left but as I’m sure you all know…that is not long enough for WallyJ to pull himself up from the bottom and beat me.
So WallyJ, if you are reading this…and I know you will…go ahead and get my BUCKLE all clean and shiny for me to take delivery…oh, yeah…and I expect you to get down on yer knee and put it in my little painted hand!!

Ummmm, Yeah…..So WallyJ comes through town…presents me with this Smackdown Challenge….who can lose the highest percentage of bodyfat in 8 weeks….puts the Buckle up for grabs….and tells me I’m no competition because I am a GRRL?!?! WTF??!!
He has no idea….I can and will kick his ass in this thing…I’m no diminutive little girl who stands in the back hoping nobody will see her….I AM HELL OF WHEELS…
So yeah…He had definitely got a competition on his hands….and I put my money on Painted GRRL!!!

Fellas you might want to avert your eyes from this one as we will be discussing monthly water weight gain….
Ladies, you know what I am talking about…those 2-7 pounds of water weight we all put on right before and during our period….the weight that hides those pretty muscles we have been working so hard to get to SHOW!! This kills me…I on average put on at least 5-6 pounds of water right before my period…any of you ladies out there got a secret for prevention?? If ya do….send it my way because I’m going out of my mind with it!! Or if you know of something that makes a girl shed that water faster…I’m all over it…share the love…until then just call me Squishy…

Well, I’m off to the gym to work chest…I had a nice little ride this week in the top six…my time seems to be coming to an end…I’d like stay in the top 6 but we shall see…Anyway…off the see the wizard-the wonderful wizard of bodz and get my pump on….later baby!
