I have decided to take a couple of weeks off this rigid workout and nutrition schedule for the past 200 days. I am still working out but will come back strong on the new program and nutrition plan in a few weeks. I realize my body needs some time to recover before going hard to complete a major muscle transformation.

It’s hard to imagine that today is day #200 of my muscle transformation. Having lost 100lbs 7 years ago and having a body lift last may (due to excess skin that would never tighten up itself) i started weight lifting for the first time in my life the day the doctors gave me the green light from the body transformation.
Here i am 200 days later and i have progressed in all areas (refer to my progress pictures and measurements). I have updated this bodyblog daily with my random thoughts for the past 200 days whilst updating my measurements and progress pictures bi-weekly.
So i started with 11" biceps which are now holding between 13.25 and 13.5, my goal is to be at 15" biceps soon! My chest is finally starting to develop!!
I will be going out with my friends tonight for a bar night, but will use a few minutes for myself to reflect on where i started and where i am today and where i plan to be on this transformation journey. I will not stop until i am one of the well respected bodyblog members and have a body people love to look at!
I want to thank those of you who have shared this journey with my thus far, and if some of you are reading and checking out my transformation for the first time i look forward to sharing my journey with you and getting to know your journey also!!!
Thanks again everyone!!!

Friday was day 199 of this muscle transformation which saw Dips, Close Grip Bench Press, Lat Pull Downs & Rows on the agenda. The workout went really well and so does my nutrition.
I believe i am starting to see some chest definition, it only took almost 200 days!!!
Progress pictures and measurements will be next Friday, at that time i hope for my arm size to move in the right direction and some progress on my chest and abs in the progress pictures.
Thanks for the support everyone.

Thanks everyone for the support to date, i am just about at day 200 and finally starting to see some development in my body…i am looking forward to what this program will bring over the coming 11 weeks!

The new program sees me doing 5 sets of each meaning day 197 of my workout was probably the toughest one yet. A great workout and sweat as if i was doing 30 minutes on the bike!

Day 196 and #4 of this new program was abs and cardio day. This included 20 minutes on the bike and ab workout. I also am focusing even more on the nutrition plan over these 90 days as i want to see if sticking to this new program has some good results for me.
Looking at where i am right now i believe i currently plateued and look for this new program to help move me forward. I expect larger arm, chest and ab gains over this 90 day period. I will celebrate day 200 on Saturday…i cant believe it has been 200 days already and i have been posting on this bodyblog for each of those days lol. I just wish i had better progress to show given all my dedication…

This new program worked me hard in the gym tonight, i was actually sweating during some of my sets which i think help support my goal of high intensity for my working sets over the next 90 days.
Here was my nutrition plan for today:
8 Egg Whites,
2 Sachets of Regular Oatmeal
Protein Bar
2 Chicken Breasts
Protein Bar
All You Can Eat Sushi….All that White Rice….grrr….???
Protein Shake.
Let me know if you think the nutrition plan is solid?
