Woow, HUGE WORKOUT!!!
So after yet another restless night, i got myself out of bed at 6.45am I knew today was going to be a massive workout after having two consecutive rest days, and boy it was HUGE! Not only was it a long workout but my HR avereage had increased dramaticaly, a few days last week i was just soooo tired and flat but today was a different story! Compared to my average HR last week which was around the 75% mark today was a HUGE 82% PLUS, which i was so happy with, i have my mojo back! I really pushed myself today after imagining how amazing my body will be in a few months time. So todays schedule looked like this…..
Meal 1: 40g Oats with 100ml fat free soy milk and 20g SHAPE Protein powder
Workout: 20 Minutes on X trainer (warm up) 45 Minute Spin Class, another 25 Minutes on X Trainer and 20 Minutes on Stepper, 10 Minute warm down on Treadmill… After my 2 Hour Cardio Session which burnt 1400 Calories i finsihed with a PUMP Class (indoor weights class) Today i burnt a total of 1675 Calories and god did i earn every single one!
After my workout i had a horleys protein bar, AMAZING which i froze hahah it seriously is the BEST protein bar by far it tastes like MARS bars, and only has 183 Calories, 18.4g Protein and 4.5g Carbs for lunch i will have some tuna with salad and a low carb wrap!
Hopefully i will start seeing some results soon, I am one of those ppl that really love working out and pushing myself to the limit! I hope this hard work and effort will pay off!
