Jorge’s The Ab System Workout - Week 12 -

Hello Everyone!! WEEK 12, it’s here!! Down to 205lbs. from 232lbs. and pretty satified with my current results. Looking back at Week 1, I was definitely out of sync with my entire approach, but this program and with the guidance of Mathias Hohn & Stephen Adele - Isatori Technologies, I was able to reinvent myself and look forward to additional improvement.

This is only the beginning! Thank you gentlemen for everything!…..AAAUUUU!!!

The Ab Workout - Week 12 - 08.31.2009 - 09.04.2009 -

Good morning Everyone!! WEEK 12..AAUUU!!…Here’s today’s workout:
Saturday - Abs & Cardio - HIIT workout on the treadmill for 25 minutes with an incline of 11.0 at a speed of 3.8 to 5.0. Decided to give my Abs a rest and had to cut the workout short due an early morning appointment. Will have final blog and pictures posted Monday, until then, Peace!

Good morning Everyone!! WEEK 12..AAUUU!!…Here’s today’s workout:
Friday -  Chest, Back, Bi’s - DB Incline Presses - 75lbs. x 12 reps, 80lbs. x 10 reps, 85lbs. x 9 reps, 90lbs. x 7 reps; Pec Dec - 120lbs. x 12 reps, 130lbs. x 10 reps, 140lbs. x 8 reps; Barbell Rows - 155lbs. x 12 reps, 175lbs.  x 10 reps, 185lbs. x 8 reps, 195lbs. x 7 reps; Seated Cable Rows - 120lbs. x 12 reps, 130lbs. x 10 reps, 140lbs. x 10 reps; Hyper Extensions - 1 set with 45lb. plate for 35 reps; Standing DB Curls - 30lbs. x 12 reps, 35lbs. x 10 reps, 40lbs. x 10 reps, 45lbs. x 8 reps; Reverse Cable Curls - 25lbs. x 10 reps, 35lbs. x 10 reps, 40lbs. x 8 reps. 
I warmed today with the assisted Pull Ups, just like last Back workout, felt stronger and I should be doing un-assisted  Pull Ups soon and I just went all out for the last weight workout session of the program, tomorrow, Abs & Cardio, until then, Peace!

Good morning Everyone!! WEEK 12..AAUUU!!…Here’s today’s workout:

Advanced level with 2 minutes of step ups for active rest. I had to cut the workout short due to morning schedule, but increased intensity, tomorrow, Chest, Back, & Bi’s, until then, Peace!

Wednesday - Legs - Squats - 275lbs. x 12 reps, 315lbs. x 10 reps, 365lbs. x 8 reps, 405lb. x 2 reps; Leg Extensions - 110lbs. x 12 reps, 130lbs. x 10 reps, 140lbs. x 10 reps; Leg Curls - 85lbs. x 12 reps, 95lbs. x 10 reps, 110lbs. x 10 reps; DB Stiff Legged Deadlifts - 70lbs. x 10 reps, 75lbs. x 10 reps, 80lbs. x 10 reps; Hip Calf Raises - 180lbs. x 12 reps, 200lbs. x 10 reps, 250lbs. x 10 reps.
I just went all out for today’s workout! It’s been a while I even attempted to squat over 400lbs., but I felt I’ve could’ve done more reps, but I did not rest enough in between the last set, I was really pumped for today’s workout, but fell great with today’s results! Tomorrow, Abs & Cardio, until then, Peace!

Monday - Shoulders & Tri’s - DB Shoulder Press - 55lbs. x 12 reps, 60lbs. x 10 reps, 65lbs. x 8 reps, 70lbs. x 8 reps; Side Raise superset with Front Raises - 20lbs. x 10 reps, 25lbs. x 10 reps, 25lbs. x 10 reps; Hammer Strength Shrugs - 180lbs. x 12 reps, 230lbs. x 10 reps, 270lbs. x 10 reps; Bent Over Raises - 25lbs. x 10 reps, 30lbs. x 10 reps, 35lbs. x 10 reps; EZ Curl Bar Lying Extensions - 60lbs. x 12 reps, 70lbs. x 10 reps, 90lbs. x 8 reps, 100lbs. x 8 reps; Rope Pushdowns - 40lbs. x 10 reps, 45lbs. x 8 reps, 45lbs. x 8 reps.
With this being the final week and the MORPH kicking in, I’ve been feeling really strong and increased intensity by adding a couple of exercises to my shoulders. Tomorrow, Abs & Cardio, until then, Peace!

The day off did me good and I was even smiling throughput the whole workout!! Advanced level with 3 minutes of step ups for active rest, Week 12 here it comes! Monday, I have Shoulders, Bi’s & Tri’s scheduled, until then, Peace!

 Feeling yesterday’s workout this morning, but still felt good throughout the workout..that’s right, gentlemen, it’s all in the mind!!, rest day tomorrow, Abs & Cardio on Saturday, until then, Peace!

Wednesday: Legs - Leg Presses - 630lbs. x 12 reps, 720lbs. x 10 reps, 810lbs. x 10 reps, 900lbs. x 8 reps; Leg Extensions - 110lbs. x 10 reps, 120lbs. x 10 reps, 130lbs. x 10 reps; Hip Squat Calf Raises - 270lbs. x 10 reps, 280lbs. x 10 reps, 290lbs. x 10 reps, this leg machine allows for a full squat leg work out or calf raises. You lean back on the machine and left the weight from your hips; Stiff Legged Deadlifts - 185lbs. x 12 reps, 225lbs. x 10 reps, 235lbs. x 10 reps, 245lbs. x 8 reps; Leg Curls - 80lbs. x 10 reps, 90lbs. x 10 reps, 95lbs. x 10 reps. Tomorrow I have Chest, Shoulders, & Tri’s scheduled due to an out of town business meeting. My departure time will cut into my usual gym time, so I will use Friday as a rest day, especially after today’s workout, until tomorrow, Peace!
