Today I started my cardio over drive program. I do two one hour sessions of hard core cardio. I’m trying to shed as much fat as possible. I’ll try this new cardio over drive for a month, so stay posted.
My diet is going very well! I have the will power to stay away from snacks and italian ice cream. So I’m feeling good.

I started my new diet and work out plan last monday. I will keep you posted. My diet is a low carb and calories diet, and my work out plan is pretty simple. There’s a lot of cardio but i still try to lift a little too. I’ll keep you posted.
