Circuit training
Today I had to shorten my workout seriously because I was at driving range after work trying to work my swing back to summer shape.
I decided to do circuit training. I did three rounds of six excercises. You can check my workout diary for those. Well it took me 35min to do everything. Now two hours later I feel that I didn't do enough for chest but everything else feels like I've done enough.
I have to try this again. Eventhough I had to lower the weight a lot on every exercise I think the extra cardio is worth it. At least now that I feel that I need to get in better running shape and lose some fat.
