Must be the worst attempt at training ever
I felt tired this morning so I didn’t train, I decided to train after work. I should have pushed throu this morning. Its the end of a very long week at work, I was to train shoulders and traps. Took my No-Explode, got throu Barbell Press and started dumbell press and only got one set of I was spent. I don’t know how people train after a days work. I’m ready for bed.
Good news is today on the scales my body fat measured in at 17.6%, only 7.6% to go to my goal.

congrats on the bodyfat and i also find a difference in training a.m over p.m - but i put mine down to age [ as i am retired it can’t be work]. Most of the bodybuilders at my last gym and it was 90+% bodybuilders swore that muscle yield and bulk were markedly better a.m over p.m. Maybe its to do with freshness , maybe its a mental thing but its interesting that a lot of us come to the same conclusion.
