Standing Military Press (20lb DBs)
Upright Rows (40lbs)
Dip Machine (sounds lame.. actually feels good) (75lbs)
Tricep Pushdown (60lbs)
BB Curl (30lbs)
DB Hammer Curl (15lb DBs)
Sounds like a lot but I was always supersetting so it was quick.
