Cardio!

I did 30 mins of uphill walking then 20 mins of running intervals (1 min ’sprint’ - 2 min walk), 10 min cool down. Felt so good!
Then I just did some quick biceps (cause I sucked yesterday) and some light face pulls to relieve some tension in back.

Ouch

I had 4 wisdom teeth (which were way under the gums) pulled out of my poor little mouth this morning so that’s a definite NO on training for a few days (i think i should be ok my monday or tuesday). They injected me with some kind of drug that put be into a deep fcking sleep, and I was out of it for a little while when i woke up, it felt funny (not in a bad way). I also have a shitload of codeine and some other very strong narcotic painkiller and some penicillin.

I’m supposed to drink lots of liquids and liquid foods but it’s fcking hard since the front part of my mouth and jaw is completely numb and i literally take a sip of water like i would usually do and it just comes back out, lol. it’s getting better and i’ve learned to make it stay in through gravity, woot. Hopefully the bleeding will stop by tomorrow, and I think i’ll be able to eat some solids again by monday-tuesday. I haven’t eaten much today, mostly because it was too painful and i was just lying in bed, not hungry, and food was the last thing i wanted. I had some chicken broth, a lttle bit of pudding and a big fruit smoothie with some protein powder.

My face is swelling quite a bit i’m starting to see some random bruising where some blood vessels burst. Not a purdy sight!!
