"I want to gain muscle and decrease body fat. I would like to keep my weight at or below 210, decrease my body fat to 15% and get my bench to 350 by the end of 2008."

Current chest/tri workout

Bench: 1 set of 12 w/ 135 lbs, 3 sets of 6 w/ 250 lbs, 1 set of 3 w/ 280 lbs, 1 set of 1 w/ 315 lbs

Inclined Bench: 3 sets of 8 w/ 160 lbs

Overhead dumbbell extensions:  4 sets of 10 w/ 80 lbs

Skullcrushers:  3 sets of 8 w/ 90 lbs

Dips:  4 sets of 12 with bodyweight

Cable Tricep extensions: 3 sets of 10 with 75 lbs
