Working through the hurdles
Monday, March 10th, 2008I have several body goals for 2008. My key power goal is to reach a 350 bench by July. Previously in my life I have gotten to 335 and am currently at about 320. However, I have been running into some shoulder tendonitis issues I never had before, but seemt to be working through them. Also, I recently seemed to have reached a platuea, but am moving through that by taking a few more breaks (I think I was over-training). I also adjusted my supplement intake which seems to have helped. I need to move up another 5-10 lbs in March to stay on track.
