One week with new routine & 'New' diet

After one week with new routine I can say it feels great, I'm tired as hell after each day and feel pain and burning. For the moment my routine looks like this:


Mon: Legs; Tue: Chest,Abs; Wen: Back; Thu: Shoulders,Abs; Fri: Arm


Additionally on Tue and Thu there is 20-30 minutes cardio at the end, and 1h Squash on Wen.


Mostly I'm at the gym 7am in the morning, but from time to time starting 7pm this is due to my work schedule (night activities). 



Regarding Diet, I found out yestarday that for the last month I was following wrong diet, proteins and fats where on good level but I was to low on calories intake, by mistake I was consuming 400 less calories that I should. Just fixed this and will see if there will some change next 2 weeks (hopefully).


Lets hope this was the only big mistake.

New routine / 5day split

I decided it's time to change my workut routine from (avg 8 exercises per day)


D1: Legs


D2: Push movements


D4: Pull movements


D5: Shoulders, biceps,abs


To (avg 6 exercises per day)


D1: Legs


D2: Chest,Abs


D3: Back


D4: Shoulders,Abs


D5: Arm 



Lets see if time spent in the gym per workout will decrease :)

Body Fat update (after 91days)

After some time I made BF measurement again and it's 24.1 % :D


In 91 days -9.9% I think that's not that bad :D

Body stats after 4 weeks :)

Some body stats after next 4 weeks of bulk (green happy, red unhappy). 



Weight 85.5 kg  (-0.9 kg)


Chest 101cm (-1 cm


Arms 35cm (+1 cm


Hips 101 cm (-2 cm)


Waist 90cm (-2cm


Thighs  59cm (-1cm)


Calves 41cm (+0.5cm)


Forearms 27cm (+1cm)


Shoulders 120cm (no change


Neck 41.5cm (-0.5cm)



So there are some changes, not all as I would expected but still moving forward :D

8 weeks of muscle building :)


Next 4 weeks passed. It's hard and it's getting even harder every day, lots of pain. 



Progress in building shape is slow but it's here. What is changing is the number of reps and weight I'm able to lift, but the biggest progress is in what you cannot see but what I can feel, I feel which muscles I'm training (I had problems with this when I stared) and this is helping me to do exercises correctly, it's lots of fun and pain. 



Lost some weight again, currently 85 kg (around 187 lb). 



Training rutine stays the same for 4 more weeks, additionaly I started going for squash onece a week (this is killing me).

4 weeks of muscle building

So today I ended first 4 weeks of muscle bulding program. Its hard.


No additional centimeters gained but lost some cm on the waist. Current weight is almost the same as before around 87kg. 


Big plus is that from training to training I'm slowly increasing numbers of reps or weight that I'm able to lift :)


Also I need to measure BF as I think I lost some of this too.
