Sat, 3-7
I’ve been feeling alot better! Still tired. I know some of it is stress and my new diet but I’m drained. That emotional roller coaster that I couldnt get off rocked me. Tonight I felt I could skip puting these online again and lift here at home but my body’s saying slow down and get some r and r. So here I am! 5am is still inching closer.

I waited on my brother to get off the dang phone for 15 mins before I got under 305. I was to cooled down and hit only 3 reps of each. Called it quits and went to the house. I was disapointed but what I did do was a good workout!

My goal of working out atleast every other day is shot. Unless I start hitting it ever day for a bit. We’ll see…
