A Strength Athlete Approach to Training

September 5, 2009

As my adventure into weight training has progressed my goals have begun to shift from asthetics to developing a better level of strength on core powerlifts. Training with a focus more on strength means taking a different approach from the standard bodybuilders style of weight training, the 4-6 day a week lifting no longer becomes feasible.
