I trained with someone once that worked 3rd shift and they always told me that they felt better going after work, before they went to sleep. If you're that tired when you get off, then you may need to go right to sleep, and wake up an hr earlier than usual, and get your workout in before work. Hope that helps a little.

Hey Bubba! You can do it!! Like she said above -- get in the ZONE!!!! Once you make your mind up, it can be very easy. I make it real simple &amp; then I dont cheat. I have my diet in my blogs and I made videos to try to share what I've learned over the years (at the bottom of my profile page) Good Luck!! :)

Plymel,

Scivation (http://www.scivationbooks.com/) has excellent diet and training plan to pack on muscle and shed body fat. You will find that the key to cutting body fat is 6 balanced meals through out the day.

With this approach, I have trimmed the fat and improved muscle size and shape.

halo! maybe you shld consider asking one of the Pro BB'ers on the site, although they might give you a crazy regime at first its pretty easy to stick to once you are mentally in the zone. also it sounds old school but what works for me is counting calories and alternating hi and low calorie days. sound tedious but hey you have to burn more than you eat to burn fat. and just make sure those calories are from good sources. like yeah technically you cld have 1800 calories of chocolate cake but obv its better to have it in tuna n veggies.

p.s. take a look at the forums on this site
