					<description>I trained with someone once that worked 3rd shift and they always told me that they felt better going after work, before they went to sleep.  If you're that tired when you get off, then you may need to go right to sleep, and wake up an hr earlier than usual, and get your workout in before work.  Hope that helps a little.</description>
