Working third shift
Thursday, March 19th, 2009I just started working third shift on a new job. I’ve been wanting to get back in to the gym on a regular basis and see this as an opportunity to do so. I was wondering if anyone worked third shift and worked out right after work or went home and got some sleep and then hit the gym. Just trying to get a consensus on what would be the best way to approach this situation. I’m pretty tired when I get off and don’t really feel like I could get in a good workout, but at the same time if I went home and went to bed I probably wouldn’t go at all! So I need some guidance!
