I just started working third shift on a new job. I’ve been wanting to get back in to the gym on a regular basis and see this as an opportunity to do so. I was wondering if anyone worked third shift and worked out right after work or went home and got some sleep and then hit the gym. Just trying to get a consensus on what would be the best way to approach this situation. I’m pretty tired when I get off and don’t really feel like I could get in a good workout, but at the same time if I went home and went to bed I probably wouldn’t go at all! So I need some guidance! Thanks!!!

Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with the Goliath Lab products? If you have let me know about it, good, bad or otherwise!!! I’m considering ordering some of their products but I want to hear some stuff about them first. Thanks for your comments.

Hey I’ve tried for years and usually give up and give in to the food temptation, but I’d really like to succeed this time. I want to cut some major body fat! I’m fairly strong and I know I’ve got some muscle under my fatty layers and I want to see it! I welcome all suggestions on how you think the best way to take off the fat without burning the muscle.
