Work has been hell lately. Lots of uneeded drama and finger pointing. I stay out of it as much as I can but sometimes the environment is way too tense.
But **** it. That doesnt mean I am going to miss my workouts or diet. I hit the gym hard yesterday starting my new routine which actually only sends me to the gym 4 times a week and with less exercises but at much higher weight and lower reps. Right now I am trying to concentrate on those main mass building movements that will really get me growing before I reach the start of my cut in summer.
My weight has climbed to 70kg over the last 2 months and my abs are starting to fade a bit. Still my gf is saying she can see a big difference in my arms and over all I can definitely tell I am bigger. It feels great to be making such progress. I cant wait to see what my final form will look like after my cut in late summer.

I missed a post yesterday due to the fact that I am in the middle of moving to my gfs house and did not have internet yet. Still I did not miss my workout and hit arms super hard.
This level of bulking has steadly increased my weight but has also given me the benifit og being able to up my level of lifiting quite a bit. On arms I really pushed the weights high and since I have been doing the same workout for a month now I feel it is time to change it up once more.
Next week I will begin lower reps at much higher weight and push for major mass building movements. Definitely looking forward to the results from that as my frame continues to grow.

Man leg day always kills so hardcore and my chest is still sore as hell too! Oh well, I cant complain. It all means more growth and that is always a good thing. After this week I am going to lessen the calories just a bit and try to make some better healthy replacements. I dont want the diet to get too dirty for too long. I have put on some decent size this month and only gained a small amount of fat.
My big news is that I am moving into my gfs this week and she has a decent sized kitchen and a big fridge which I am stoked about. Also she has a costco card and a car. I know you may think - so what scott - but please remember i live in japan and all these things are ultra expensive.

Hit the chest hard today. upped the weight a bit and tried a new exercise. I know I said it yesterday but I am finally starting to see some size and I am totally stoked on it. It feels so good to not feel like the smallest guy in the gym anymore (although I am still pretty damn small). I am at about 4000-4500 calories a day. Yes it is insane but I wasnt seeing any results in the 3500 range. I figure I will go this heavy for about 2 more weeks and then start tapering back a bit and cutting out some of the junk. This will allow me to slowly get ready to move into spring which will be a little over maintenance and then slowly wind back down until I reach a cutting stage again about mid summer.

I have had alot of stress lately but I am not missing any workouts at all. My diet was a bit difficult to cover on sunday last week but I am trying to load on as much calories as I can. The good news is I am finally starting to see some size. I am even seeing some of it in my arms which is the weakest part of my body and the hardest to grow. I hope soon to see more of a v-staper form as well.

Work sucked yesterday, and I had to face a really stressful meeting concerning my contract for next year. In the end things were settled and supposedly I will be signing a new contract next week, but I will probably be stressed out until the contract is signed and sealed. I also am in the process of finishing my visa paperwork and paying taxes which is not helping my levels of stress.
Still I hit up the gym and did legs yesterday. I can already feel the pain today so at least all these problems did not deter my training. Arms today and then this weekend I am buying a PS3. yay!

At the gym today I met another gaijin who was wearing a bodybuilding t-shirt. He didnt say where her was from but from his accent I am pretty sure he is british. That should let you know just how international you are BB.com. An american and a birt talking about BB.com in japan. Wild huh?
Anyway my chest was good and sore today and I hit back really hard today as well so I am stoked about that. Also I have decided to up my cals even more. This means I have to throw a little junk into the diet at this point because 3500 wasnt doing it. By junk I mean burgers and P and B sandwiches. Just eating alot of chicken and sweet potatoes has been getting me nowhere, but it is an awesome combo for weight loss and I am confident my next cut will go just as awesome if not better than my first.

the gym finally reopened today and also i began work today after a 3 week break. It was really nice to hit chest hard and I got through my workout with ease which means I need to up the weight and intensity next week on that. I guess 1 week rest really does make a huge difference when you come back.
Tonight I am trying something new in my diet by changing my 18 oz of chicken breast for ground beef instead. It seems no matter how much i increse my calories I am not gaining weight. I actually lost 1 kilo this week. So its time to up them even more.

Well the gym is closed the entire week so there is little I can do. I have never taken a week off since I started so I am lifting weights at home which is low intensity and counting this as a week off. In other news my full sleeve is finally finished and I have learned that getting your shoulder tattooed with a 5 row needle hurts ferociously.

Man I was feeling awesome today again. All workout I had unyielding power and energy behind my lifts and squeezes. I feel totally stoked about that. My chest is already feeling tired as hell and I know I really mad the most of my workout today.
I think the fact that I havent had to work in 2 weeks is what is allowing me to feel so energized through this week. Recovery time is easy and unrushed and I have had alot of time to relax and do little to nothing.
Anyway hope everyone is having an awesome xmas. We dont really celebrate it here in japan so my friend jon and I are just going to stay in and play dead space all day on his new PS3 and 32 inch LCD.
