Udates- General Stuff
Thursday, April 2nd, 2009Aloha! I rarely update my BodySpace, but here I am. There’s been a few developments in my life and I figured it would be cool to log them…or at least post them somewhere…like here.
So, recently I had a goal to reach a bodyweight of 200lb. I gave myself 60 days and my starting weight was 172lb. I have no doubt in my mind that I could have reached that. However, I began to realize that my waist size was also increasing and that was not something I was willing to accept. Sure I could have focused on my abs more but nah, that’s not me. It was just a "hey it’d be cool to reach 200lb" goal, nothing important. I stopped when I reached 189.3lb and decided to come down a few pounds. My new target is somewhere between 175-180lb. Currently I believe I am at 182.4lb and still dropping. Awesome!
Also, my martial arts training is going well. That was another reason for my early stoppage of weight gain. The more muscle I packed on the faster I was winded during training and cardio sessions. I could have trained and adjusted, but again nah, that’s not me.
Anyhoo, I’m sure it’ll be a few months before I update this blog again. ALOHA!
