Just finished college so hopefully I’ll start eating healthier and not go out out 2/3 times a week! I squatted 180kg for three reps a month back. I got a max power clean of 110kg about 2 months ago. I managed 85kg for 3 reps on the bench. My max chin ups is 14. I weigh 13st 1lb. By the beginning of September I plan on squatting 200kg for one rep, max power cleaning 120kg 1 rep and getting a 1 rep bench of 105kg. I also plan on reaching 13st 7lb. My diet is a mess really need to focus on that. I’m going to start putting up photos every six weeks

went for my max no. of pull ups today and I could only manage 13. I wanted to be at 15 now so I’m not doing enough. Saw some 60 kg woman c & j 130kg on tv there and i can just manage 100kg in the power clean. should really be hitting 120kg i feel. Could only manage 5by5 of 80kg on the front squat, i should really be laughing through 5by5 of 100kg. lots to do!

i finished that power building program by Charles Poloquin after 2 months cause I was just sick of it. I’m doing this new hooker rugby program i found on getstrength.com for the next three weeks. It’s very intense. My back is still sore from Tuesday, I definately went way to hard! Weighing in at 13st 8lbs now, so hopefull all going well i’ll be 13st 10lb by the end of the next three weeks, with most of it not fat! what sick bastard decided to make fat. wouldn’t it be great that if you overate you put on muscle. ‘look that guy has a beer six pack’.

i’m on the 2nd phase of my power clean building program and just started an upper body workout program I made up myself which i’m going to stick to for 6 weeks and see can I brake the 100kg mark with my bench. I’m stuck on 97.5. I did a max squat of 160kg (I think I got 170kg but the coach said I didn’t go low enough) so I’m happy with that. Last September I nearly broke my back trying to hit 140kg, so I must have done something right. Still aiming at the 100kg power clean. Haven’t attempted it in months, waiting until I’m back in college, which will probably be the 7th August

nearly finishd the 1st 3wk phase of my power clean build up session, which is going pretty well I think. I’m just starting a six week upper body program, which i’m not to happy about cause I feel it’s the exact same as the last one!! I some how managed to lose 5lbs last week which was shit! started doing core now three times a week and ordered some protein. i’ll keep going

In order to strengthen my power clean I’m going to do 6 power clean strengthening programs within the next 6 weeks and see if I improve. Going to start off with 4 sets of slow squats, 5 secs up n 5 secs down. Then snatches from the mid-thigh to reset for 6rep 6set compounded with clean pulls for 6 sets n 6 reps also giving 12 working sets altogether. 90 sec rest between each compound exercise. Nya!

power cleaned 90 twice so i’m slowly getn to the 100kg mark, really guna focus on hitn d 100kg this month, then i’ll work on the deadlift. Bought straps n dey made a serious difference. Also bought some cyclone! see how that goes. Haven’t weighed myself in ages

i’ve gone to the gym quite regularly over the last 5 months and the results are slowly coming. The rugby season has ended so i’ve plenty of time to focus on gym work. I’m 13st now and really want to be hitting 13.5st of solid muscle by next September so i’ve a lot of work to do. My dead lift max is 150kg which i’d love to push up to 160kg by the end of this month. My power clean max is 85 which i’d also be hoping to raise 10kg to 95kg over the next month. My squatings gotten slowly stronger, with me doing reps on 130kg. Still have a long way to go in everything all the same. My diets a mess, just eating whatever and drinking alot. My diet is really my key problem at the moment although I do think I’ve been eating more chicken and meat in general over the last few months. Anyways I’ll let you know how I’m doing again soon! gluk!!
